I'm your typical average woman, married to a great guy of 20 years (who still acts like a 12-year-old sometimes) with a kid, a couple of dogs I adore (I adore the kid too, but she's a teenager so.... ), a cat that is okay (she can be sweet sometimes - if you're a cat owner, you KNOW.), and a fish that will. Not. Die. (He/She/Whatever is okay too I guess since I make said kid take care of it.)
After working in marketing for many, many years I decided to take my passion for helping others and my love for looking at houses and became a realtor a few years ago.
As with any business, this stuff is hard. And if you're not careful you can make a lot of very expensive mistakes. Just Google anything with "real estate" in it and you'll be swarmed with great advice, tactics, tips, and how-to's.
The info you get could be great, or it could just be expensive and you have nothing to show for it.
